Magaldrate+Simethicone is used in the treatment of acidity, heartburn and stomach ulcers.

Malgaldrate:

• Ability to adhere to stomach wall
• Slower gastric empting provides greater neutralizing and cytoprotective effect.

Simethicone:

• Prevents formation of gas in GIT
• Relieves flatulence by increasing the rate at which gas exits the body.
